We have gained significant traction with over 100,000 users and a proven revenue model, and are currently looking to expand the high-performance engineering team in order to facilitate continued growth of the platform.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field, and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (We currently use Java and Python along with JavaScript. Learning a new language is not a big deal.)
- Working knowledge of databases (We currently use PostgreSQL) and web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) including best practices like responsive design.
- Experience working on Linux both as a development platform, and on the command line when interacting with servers over ssh.
- Ability to work effectively and independently on projects in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong professional communication skills
