Success Story: David Smart of Smart ISO Systems – “Thank you for the opportunity to market both myself and my services”

Smart, managing director of a two-sided consultancy practice called Smart ISO Systems, helps businesses identify and mitigate systemic obstacles across a wide range of operations. Smart utilizes his extensive knowledge of ISO Systems to perform initial gap analysis studies on clients’ premises from which he is able to provide extensive, strategic training and coaching programs. Once Smart’s dynamic recommendations are implemented, he provides consultancy for his clients during certification audits, often offering ongoing support to ensure the maintenance of new standards. He is also certified to conduct third party audits on behalf of certification bodies and internal audit training for company’s auditors. The other side of David’s practice, Smart Mentor, is dedicated to advising clients from the Chamber of Commerce and the Coalfields Regeneration Trust.
