My partner and myself know a small, special and viable existing old broken Romanian Wind farm that needs funds to be upgraded (‘seed’/PE/VC) in the amount of â¬2.100.000. we have the ‘know-how’ but we don’t have the financial capacity to start the project!
The total investment payback period is less than 4 years with a grace period of maximum 12 months for upgrading, delivery and construction time. AEP is around 10,35 GWh, ROI = 40%, NPV = â¬15 Million, IRR = 72%, estimates showing yearly revenues of â¬1.300.000.
If the investor/lender can’t invest 100% of the amount, we can manage also with 75% of it and the rest of funds…more
